Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel their appointments free of charge for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled treatment. For cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your circumstances, a refund cannot be guaranteed.
