✨ Monthly Sound Bath & Meditation Evening ✨ Hosted by Divinely Guided Soul 7pm – 8pm 📍 Broughton War Memorial Take an hour out of your month to slow down, switch off and reconnect with yourself. While I take some time away on maternity leave, our much-loved monthly evenings at Broughton will continue with Divinely Guided Soul, creating a warm and welcoming space for you to rest, reset and receive. 🤍 Each evening will combine a gentle guided meditation with a deeply relaxing sound bath, allowing you to settle into stillness before being surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other healing instruments. These evenings are designed to support you in calming a busy mind, releasing tension from the body and giving your nervous system permission to soften. There is nothing you need to do, achieve or understand. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes and allow yourself to be guided through an hour dedicated completely to you. 🌿 What to Expect 🧘‍♀️ Guided Meditation to gently helping you slow your thoughts, connect with your breath and settle into the present moment 🎶 Immersive Sound Bath to soothing sounds and vibrations from crystal singing bowls, chimes and healing instruments to encourage deep relaxation 🌬 Nervous System Reset for an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and allow your body to rest and recharge ✨ Monthly Time for You — a regular moment in your calendar to pause, reconnect and prioritise your wellbeing 🧺 Please bring: 🧘‍♀️ A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on 🛏 A blanket 🧺 A pillow 💧 Water 👕 Warm, comfortable clothing ✨ Event Details 📅 Monthly Evenings (1 hour) 🕰 7:00pm – 8:00pm 📍 Broughton War Memorial 🎟 £20 per person Spaces will remain intentionally limited to keep the evenings calm, cosy and personal.
